No offense to anyone, but those stickies are useless for Classic actioned Model 70's. If the OP's M70 is a 'custom' rifle built by who knows who, the action is a Classic from around 1996-1997 time frame. If it is an actual rifle from the Winchester Custom Shop, it gets more complicated. Most M70 Classic Custom Shop rifles are less than G15000, but not ALL. I am in possession of a Custom Shop Classic Special Build G319XXX, with the factory letter, that was built in 2002.
